Terms of Service — AIVA Browser

Plain-language summary AIVA Browser is unfinished, early-access software. Use it for real tasks at your own judgment, don't rely on it yet for anything where a mistake would be costly, and expect things to change — including these terms — as it develops.

1. What you're agreeing to

These terms apply when you download, build from source, or use AIVA Browser or this website. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the software.

2. This is pre-release software

AIVA Browser is under active development. Features described as "in development" or "planned" on the status page are not yet available. The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. Bugs, crashes, incorrect agent behavior, and breaking changes should all be expected.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use AIVA Browser for anything illegal, or to violate another site's terms of service in a way that causes harm.
Don't rely on the agent for high-stakes, irreversible actions (payments, account changes, legal or medical decisions) — enforced permission prompts for actions like these are not built yet.
Don't attempt to use the agent to scrape, attack, or overload third-party sites.

4. No account, no guarantee of availability

The app doesn't require an account today. Because it's early-access, we can't guarantee uptime of any backend service it depends on, or that a given version will keep working as third-party APIs (like OpenAI's) change.

5. Third-party services

The AI chat and agent features call OpenAI's API. Your use of those features is also subject to OpenAI's terms. See the Privacy Policy for what data that involves.

6. Intellectual property

The AIVA Browser source code is publicly viewable on GitHub, but a formal open-source license has not yet been published — see the EULA for what that means for reuse. "AIVA" and "AIVA Browser" are project names of AIVA Freelancia.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIVA Freelancia isn't liable for damages arising from your use of early-access, as-is software — including any action the agent takes on your behalf. Use the Stop control and your own judgment; don't leave the agent unattended on tasks that matter.

8. Changes to these terms

We'll update this page as the product changes and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
