Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-07-30 · Early-access product — this policy will evolve as features do

Plain-language summary AIVA Browser is early-access software from a small team, not a large company with a legal department. This policy describes, honestly and specifically, what the app actually sends off your machine today — mainly your chat messages and the current page's text, sent to OpenAI to power the agent. Everything else described below (face-analysis frames, feedback text) is processed or stored locally on your own computer.

What we collect and where it goes

The wellness camera is opt-in and local

Facial-fatigue detection, posture tracking, and related wellness features never turn your camera on automatically. You start them explicitly, and stopping them immediately releases the camera. The video frames are analyzed on your own machine by local models — they are not uploaded to us or to any third party.

Browsing history

The app has an internal endpoint that can log page visits, but as of this writing it does not persist that history anywhere — it acknowledges the request and discards it. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Third parties we use

We don't currently use analytics, ad trackers, or session-recording tools in the app.

What we don't do

Your choices

You can keep the wellness camera off entirely, avoid the AI chat if you don't want page content leaving your machine, and read or delete the local feedback log yourself since it lives on your own computer.
